Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Delivery & Dispatch Policy
At Miki n Mini Happy Parenting, we understand that you are eagerly waiting for your order to be delivered at the earliest. Our Customer Care & Warehouse team works rigorously to bring a smile to your face. We perform multiple rounds of quality checks to ensure that your ordered styles are delivered in perfectly packed, QC-checked condition in the least possible time.
We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible. However, since certain products are finished and customized as per individual requirements, dispatch timelines may take up to 2 weeks. We will keep you updated regarding the dispatch & delivery status of your order via email.
Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-10 business days, depending on the pin code, for delivery within India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider's end may sometimes cause delays. However, please be assured that our Customer Care team will work closely with the logistics provider to ensure timely delivery.

Please Note: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to three times before returning it to us. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the Pin code/Zip code, along with a valid mobile and landline number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Convenience Charges
May levy convenience charges on specific orders basis the products, pin code, or the size of the shipment.
Platform and Convenience Fee:
Miki n Mini Happy Parenting LLP reserves the right to levy a Platform and Convenience charge on orders. Platform & Convenience fee is applied to help us continuously maintain and improve the hassle-free shopping and smooth fulfillment experience.
This charge is not related to the shipping charges and can be applied to the order irrespective of the shipping cost (refer ‘Shipping Charges’ section above for more details on shipping cost).
These convenience charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The company reserves the right to modify the logic of applying convenience charges on orders at any point without prior intimation.
Damages
Miki n Mini Happy Parenting LLP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India.
